Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of CareerHub, including our website, mobile-friendly apps, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use CareerHub.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. CareerHub is used by two kinds of accounts:

• Seekers — individuals searching and applying for jobs, internships, contracts, and gigs.
• Employers — businesses and individuals posting job listings to reach candidates.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the listings they post. CareerHub reviews and moderates listings for quality and compliance, but does not guarantee that any listing is accurate, safe, or that a job offer is genuine.

• Listings must describe a real, current opportunity — no placeholder or misleading postings.
• Listings may not request upfront payment from applicants, discriminate unlawfully, or solicit sensitive personal information unrelated to the role.
• We may remove any listing or account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Seekers may apply to listings and message employers about active applications. Messages, applications, and bookmarks are provided to help you manage your job search and hiring pipeline — please use them respectfully and only for legitimate recruiting purposes.

Employers may purchase subscription plans or one-off job boosts to increase listing visibility. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Paystack); CareerHub does not store your card details. Fees are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) before checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.
• Boosts and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once a listing has been published or promoted, except where required by law.
• Prices may change; changes won’t affect an active billing cycle already paid for.

• Posting fraudulent, scam, or non-existent job opportunities.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling data from the Platform.
• Impersonating another person or organization.
• Uploading malicious files or attempting to disrupt the Platform’s operation.
• Using contact details obtained through CareerHub for unrelated marketing or spam.

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users, with or without notice depending on severity.

CareerHub is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any job listing will result in an offer of employment, or that any candidate will be a good fit for a role. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including reliance on listings posted by third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify account holders by email or through a notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
